I promise this isn't the only thing I'm gonna write about

OK, so I know these posts are boring and stupid and whatnot, but I feel like it's relevant...if to nobody else, to me. So here goes. Practiced for the second time today. Felt....awesome. Hardly any pain the whole time, and even better, hardly and pain afterwards. I laid out for a D against Nick during a drill, but it was kinda an afterthought so it wasn't a full layout and I landed on my left knee. It blew up like there's a golf ball in my knee, but I kept playing. It doesn't really hurt - feels like it's bruised (and frankly, I don't see how it could be anything but a bruise). But either way, iced it, took some Ibuprofen, hopefully it'll stop swelling.

But practice. I played pretty well I think for the first time playing in a few months. I had a few throws that made it evident that I'm rusty, but I also made a couple nice plays, including skying the crap out of BTate on a huck that was thrown a little short, laying out for a goal on a miscue between me and Wes, and some good popping from time to time. My short popping was lacking sometimes, mostly because it's not something I'm used to playing or have ever played much. Regardless, though, sometimes I was running it good, sometimes I wasn't. I made a few decisions that were questionable, and had one throwaway that I would consider a pure execution error (got stuck on my finger). Also, I wasn't running 100% ever I don't think. I was definitely taking it easy on myself, but that's OK for now.

Anyways, good practice, good day.
